About Us
123 Home Loans Perth Western Australia was established in 2002 and is committed to providing its clients with the best possible loan for their unique circumstances.
We recognise that most of our clients have different needs, different goals and different financial complexities that need to be taken into account when selecting a mortgage. We place a very strong emphasis on the analysis of our clients' situation. Learning to understand our clients is the first stage in an important process.
Once we understand you, we are then in a position to be able to make a recommendation. Our policy is to offer our clients some different loan options and not to steer you towards any particular lender or loan product.
123 Home Loans services a wide range of clients, from the PAYG worker with no previous borrowings, buying a first home, to the investor purchasing through a company or trust structure.
For the more complicated loan scenarios we will work with your accountant to ensure that you get the most tax effective result from your borrowings. It is vitally important to set the loan structure correctly from the outset, otherwise you may jeopardise the tax deductibility of your loans.
Tony Ramage
Tony is the founder of 123 Home Loans. Tony has extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry, commencing with his employment as an Accountant at Hall Chadwick Chartered Accountants in 1989, a Commercial Banker with Challenge Bank from 1992, a Stockbroker with Paterson Securities from 1996 before establishing this business in 2002. Over the past 10 years he has consolidated his knowledge and experience to specialise in mortgage broking.
Tina Schiavello
Tina is a Business Partner of 123 Home Loans. Tina completed her PhD in Human Biology (Genetics) in 2002. Following this Tina worked in the corporate sector for over 8 years and brings strong sales skills, excellent customer service focus and professionalism, which she now utilises as a mortgage broker.
Tina is also the Chairperson for the Gynaecological Awareness Information Network (GAIN) in WA, which is a non-for profit organization involved in women's gynaecological health.
